In India, it is mandatory to get licenses for manufacturing, storing, and selling explosive and volatile substances. Governed by Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organization (PESO) , these licenses are awarded after a thorough investigation of the site and assets where the manufacturer is planning to get the manufacturing process underway.   Petroleum And Explosives Safety Organization (PESO) is a department formed by the Government of India. The former is placed under the Department for the Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade to standardize the creation, import, export, conveyance, storing, and usage of several petroleum products.
